Blocking is mutual: once you block someone, their posts and comments disappear for you, yours disappear for them, and neither of you can reply to the other. BidGlory staff can't be blocked — that's how support reaches you.

Worth knowing: inside the private customer group, a block is absolute — nothing there is served without a signed-in customer session. In the public categories it hides you from that member while they're signed in, but public posts stay readable by anyone on the internet, including someone signed out. If a thread shouldn't be seen by a competitor, post it in the customer group.
